connection between people in ways that traditional housing

Arvada -
New Urbanist
Neighborhood - 2 housing communities, one
inter-generational and one senior cohousing community. These
2 cohousing communities will be part of a larger New
Urbanist Neighborhood intended to be as close to zero energy
as is feasible. The site is centrally located to Denver,
Golden, Boulder, and the Mountain Areas. It is also located
along the Ralston Creek bike trail with access to Denver and
beyond. |
